September 2015 and in the best shape of my life, almost ready to step on stage.
I must admit it felt pretty cool to see lines and veins I've never seen before but it was completely unsustainable, especially as I choose to stay as a natural athlete.
Trying to hang on to precious muscle mass is extremely hard once you pass a certain point and your natural testosterone level will drop. I don't care what anyone says, if you are under 8-10% body fat as a natural you are starting to mess with your body.
I'll get this condition back one of these days, only this time I won't look so skinny. I think I do want to jump on stage and compete again.. I just need to ask myself the question, is it really worth it? 🤔🤔🤔
Well tried to set the hamstrings on fire this morning after watching the second video and barely seeing any definition in them. I'd say mission accomplished and tomorrow's going to be fun trying to walk. Also hit some high volume triceps for my superset with hamstrings and calves. 3am never felt so good.
What motivates you to get out of bed in the morning?
For me it's making sure I'm better than I was the day before. @1stphorm@hbrosfitness
