Guys today kicked my butt. I just started the 21 day fix extreme workout program yesterday because there are exactly 21 days until summit (a huge coaching event) and I want to be in good shape for it! This program is one of the most effective programs for me, but gosh it is tough. .
I started with leg day yesterday and it was brutal. I haven't lifted weights in forever and I'm definitely feeling it today. During my workout today I could barely finish most of the moves and was in so much pain. I pushed through it though because I love a challenge and I know it is only going to make me stronger. .
After my workout I had a much needed foam rolling session! Hopefully I will feel better tomorrow! We have a long day at the beach ahead of us :)
