FIRST POST!🏋🏼 - Starting things off with a video I took today of some traditional wide grip pull-ups. The focus with these is on pushing the chest upward with the shoulder blades pinched, this helps not only put the weight onto your lats but also the lower traps. - Got about 18 days until graduation and it will be time to find a gym to call home. This high school weight room is where the passion was born and the mistakes made but also the success in learning and keeping an open mind. Always looking to improve whether it be general fitness, mobility, stretching, diet, movements and exercises,workouts etc. - The main focus of my social media is to learn and share things that I've found success with through trial and error, I'm always looking to find new style workouts and what better way then to do it on a base where so many people share common interests. - Stay tuned in there will be much content coming and more things to come as the following grows!
