Get into the groove of setting your wedding planning goals for 2017 !
How are your wedding planning goals shaping up to start the year in 2017? Has the silly season side-tracked you from what you were hoping to achieve? That is entirely normal for this time of year. Somethings like planning your wedding will take a back seat to all the other priorities of finishing work, attending parties, shopping..shopping…and more shopping!
So to help you, I’ve provided you with the following questions to help you set your compass for the year ahead. It serves as a little reminder of about the goals that you set for your wedding and a nice opportunity check you are on track.
Think about the following questions as you work towards your wedding date:
1. What are the top 5 things you need to achieve?
2. What are 3 things that you can do to be more organised with your planning?
3. What are 3 key personal strengths that you can use better this during your wedding planning process?
4. What are 3 weaknesses with a little effort can you turn into strengths?
5. What are 3 opportunities that you could explore such as connections, recommendations or good deals?
6. What are the 3 key challenges that you are anticipating and what can you do about them?
7. What are 3 tasks that you can outsource or delegate to someone else to help free up more time for other important things?
8. List 3 things you can do to relax and create some stillness (just for 30 minutes a day!) that you can do during your planning process?
Goal setting is a great way to be really specific about what you want to plan, design and create for your future. It sounds fantastic and looks great on the page, but to bring these to life and keep yourself accountable, you need to set the intention to do so.
Setting your intention around your goals helps you to focus on where you are at in the moment, to recognise where you are at, and to raise your commitment and physical energy to the task. #PlanDesignCreate #bigdayandbeyond#weddingcoach#weddingvisionignition#wedding#diybride
