💪🏼 Arms Addition 💪🏼 Ok so here's the thing. I have ALWAYS hated my arms- like really though. Since as long as I can remember I was never comfortable in sleeveless tops, dresses or bathing suits 😬Can anyone else relate?
It was a big goal of mine to be able to wear these things with confidence. I didn't need to have perfectly chiseled/sculpted biceps or anything crazy like that- just enough to feel pretty good in my own skin.
Well.... Thanks to this program and these workouts, I'm there. I'm finally "good" with wearing everyday regular clothes that show my arms. To me- that's a huge "non scale victory" and a big boost in confidence. I'm posting this more for me today than anyone. I need this reminder. I did not wake up with gratitude today. I've been frustrated and a little broken recently. It's so easy to get wrapped up in what's not going right, isn't it? I dwell on it. Whereas I should be focusing on the countless things going RIGHT! And they are countless! So let's turn this day around... it's never too late. Think of three things you're beyond grateful for and turn your heart to one of energy and love. #gratitude
