Sometimes we might feel that our health and fitness goals is taking time away from our loved ones and eventually end up feeling guilty for having "selfish" goals. The reality is that being your best self can actually strengthen your connection with your loved ones, especially if you include them in your goals. ❤

in March and now every week we have on schedule fun activities that we can do together to "train" for our race. Today we went out on a 4 mile trail run together and got to enjoy a beautiful sunny morning 🌞!
