1. More planning - Less stress = Less Headaches
Take your Sunday to imagine what your week will look like. It's a great exercise that will help you be more prepared and recognise what's essential to get done that week and what's not.
2. Self Neck Massage
Rub your fingers all over the muscles under the base of your skull. This will help take some tension off all those infamous headache generators and give you some relief!
3. Neck Stretches
Super basic, everybody knows them and they work like a charm. Just remember not to go too hard.
4. Just when you think you're drinking enough water. Drink more!
The truth is, we never really consume enough water. Keeping your hydration up will improve blood flow, which will in turn decrease headaches.
