So I figured I'd put three before (top) and three after (bottom). The two top pictures on the left were before I ever started anything fitness and was just focusing on being 20-21 enjoying life. I ate completely unhealthy and never stepped foot into the gym. Last picture all the way to the right top is over a year and half ago when I started to give more interest into becoming more healthy and goi g to the gym. Top pictures and bottom pictures I weigh about the same between 130-133lbs. Weight is just a number and it doesn't define how "fit" you are or not. I am now in control of my body and who I am. I know I'm taking better care of myself.
I enjoy going to the gym,
I enjoy working out, I enjoy seeing what my body can do. I am not perfect at all . I still have body fat which is okay. I have stretch marks which is okay. I have cellulite which is okay. I started this journey to watch myself change and see what I can do. Along the way I met many amazing and inspiring woman. Woman who are just like me that I look up to. Woman who I just happen to come across their instagram and get motivated by. One of which is @katyhearnfit
