Volleyball has started up and so have the two hour practices everyday, so I'm exhausted between that and running around all day trying to get everything done. I feel like one more thing pops up on my to-do list every time I finish something on it.
1. Squat jacks
2. High knees ➡️kicks
5 rounds. A minute per move. MINIMAL REST BETWEEN ROUNDS - keep it to 30 seconds! Get that heart rate up and give it your ALL. Can you do it?!??! I WANNA HEAR THAT YOU DID IT ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️
