NÃO PODE: ❌Qualquer tipo de AÇÚCAR (branco, mascavo, demerara, de côco, orgânico) ❌Mel, Agave, Refrigerantes, Doces em geral ❌Alimentos que contenham açúcar (leiam o rótulo dos alimentos) ❌Saiba identificar outros tipos de açúcares: Xarope de milho, caldo de cana, melado, sacarose, frutose, galactose, glicose, maltose, dextrose, açúcar invertido, maltodextrina ❌Carboidratos refinados e os farináceos (alimentos que quando consumidos se transformam em açúcar). Excluir: Farinha de trigo branca e integral, farinha de rosca, farinha de mandioca, farinha de arroz. . PODE CONSUMIR: ✅Frutas (com MODERAÇÃO). As frutas possuem fibras, são um alimento natural e são saudáveis! Mas cuidado, a frutose é fonte de carboidratos e se converte diretamente em gordura e pode prejudicar a sua dieta. Limão e maracujá são uma ótima opção pois tem pouca frutose. . ✅Adoçantes (mais saudáveis são stevia, Xylitol e sucralose com moderação). ✅Chia, aveia e linhaça, tapioca, farinha low carb (com moderação). ✅ Carboidratos in natura (assim como as frutas, prefira os alimentos naturais) ex. Arroz, batata, cenoura, milho, vegetais em geral. ✅Canela é uma ótima alternativa para adoçar, além de acelerar o metabolismo. ✅Cacau (nibs de cacau orgânico são cacau cru puro, um ótimo antioxidante que equivale a uma injeção de chocolate na veia. ✅Água de coco é doce, mas a quantidade de frutose é mínima ou insignificante e acaba com a vontade de ingerir guloseimas ✅Suplementos sem adição de açúcar. ✅Doces Diet (CUIDADO, alguns doces DIET NÃO TEM AÇÚCAR, mas são cheios de gordura, ou tem outro tipo de açúcar disfarçado! While I eat a limited amount of fruit due to the amount of sugar in it, I do eat a lot of veggies and I always make a salad that contains multiple colors. Vegetables provide complex carbs, while being super low in fat (unless it's an avocado), sodium and cholesterol. They r also high in fiber and nutrients!
