Gonna be real for a minute: I have really learned how to love my body in the last few months of working out from seeing changes, but I still have those days where I have bad body image and horrible self esteem. The mind always fails first, not the body. The secret is to make your mind work for you, not against you. I love training legs and although my form isn't the best in some of these, I use that as motivation to work harder and do better next time.
