Is transformation Thursday a thing?? 🙈 This is extremely hard to post. But these pictures are only a month and a half apart 😳 In that month and a half all I did was do 30 minute at home workouts each day💪🏼, followed a super easy meal plan (with a cookie here and there 😜), and drink my Shakeology shakes 🥛! It was literally that easy!
