I see a lot of comments about squat form, and it’s usually someone commenting on someone else’s form. We gotta realize everyone’s squat will look different because 🗣 everyone’s anatomy is d i f f e r e n t 🗣 In regards to MY squat, I have long femurs. So my technique will differ from a person with short femurs because the length of my legs plays a huge factor. In order for me to stay balanced I have to incline my chest forward a little more so the bar tracks over the middle of my foot.. equaling a balanced squat position.
I tried these barbell hip thrusts for the first time so I kept it light @95lb
