Meditation didn't help me stop my thoughts. It's the mind's function to think. Like the heart beats, or the lungs breathe. What it taught me was how to detach from my thoughts. To create space between my thinking and divine. This seemingly empty place - I call it the "field of possibility". It's there, in this sit, where I came be the witness of #me
- and discover how I contribute to my experience. All of them, not just the ones I like and want to take full credit for. Meaning, if there's drama - I ask myself, "What role do I have in this drama showing up in my life?". And be honest about that instead of placing blame outside of myself (like I'm some victim here). Children are victims, adults are not 💯. Conversely, when #love
is present, as the witness I can ✨👁✨ my role in that too. I can then choose to continue those behaviors that allow my true nature (love and compassion) to expand and increase. We're all the directors of our own "story". Don't like what's on the screen, change it. By changing #you.
Genuinely thank them for their support in your narrative, then FIRE the old cast! Then use your #power
(as a co-creator) to magnetize a #new
team of supporting actors that will make the motion picture - called "Your Life" - all that I can/ COULD be. A peaceful, happy life isn't by chance, or luck. It's deliberate action of healing and working on yourSELF. With love, Ras ✨🙏🏾✨ #happy #Sunday
