STEAK NIGHT! After feeling pretty sorry for myself with a rotten cold yesterday, me and my girlfriend decided to cook up some steak for dinner. Although I didn't track this, there is still a formula to the meal with an even split between protein, Carbs and veggies with Fats coming from the steak and a little olive oil on the beetroot! We also added a little pretentious to the meal with purple Thyme flowers from our herb garden 👌
If your not tracking your meals and you want to lose a bit of body fat, taking pictures can help you to see the composition and understanding what you are taking in. Like anything it must be done consistently to see results.
