60 days down in the books. NO cheat meals, NO missed gym session, ZERO minutes of missed cardio, ZERO drinking, ZERO excuses. When I focus in on something I can not be stopped. I'm only half way through this prep and I look like a completely different person. I might have zero energy, might haven't felt the feeling of being full in 2 months, might have to physically and mentally torture myself but I LOVE every single damn second. No matter the end result, you can GUARANTEE everyone standing on that stage next to me in less than 9 weeks will not have me outworked.
