250lb for 8 - increasing my estimated 1rm by 4lb! (hit 255 for 7 - 3 weeks/1 cycle ago) Ashamed to say I skipped #legday last week because of the glute/adductor pain I went to myodetox for, but came back #stronger than ever 🙏 🙏
