Probably completed the quickest workout ever today (for me at least) and it was anything but easy 😅 Normally my lifts will last between an hour-90 minutes but today I got it done in about 30 minutes! I've been cooped up in my apartment studying all day so it felt great to get my body moving, even if it was just for a little bit. It just goes to show you that can still get in an effective workout even if you're short on time. At the end of the day, it's all in what you consider to be important! If you really want to do something, you'll make the time for it. Don't think you have to be in the gym for 3 hours everyday to feel like you got in a good workout. Doing something is better than doing nothing at all! 💪🏻
