Here was our dinner tonight. Baked salmon, roasted brussel sprouts, beans, peppers and farro.
I am all about trying new things and this was a success because my children LOVED it and asked for more!

Farro 1 cup
Chicken stock 3 cups
Rinse the grains well with water. Put chicken stock and farro in a pot and simmer for 30 minutes. If there is any liquid leftover, drain it. Add pepper to taste. Enjoy!
